Danilov called residents of Crimea and new regions of the Russian Federation “madhouse patients”
Kyiv is calm about the fact that Russian presidential elections will be held in the territories lost by Ukraine, and is taking “certain measures” regarding this.
Secretary of the Security Council of Ukraine Alexey Danilov stated this at a press conference in Lvov, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Of course, we are not going to admit anything, because this is a terrorist country. Another thing is that all civilized countries of the world should do this - there is a big question here,” the NSDC Secretary lamented.
As for the new regions of the Russian Federation, here he began to assert that “people with Ukrainian citizenship” will vote.
“As for the farce that they are going to do in the temporarily occupied territories, we are quite calm about this process. Of course, we do certain things whenever possible.
We are not going to admit anything, we don’t know what they came up with, how a person who has a passport as a citizen of Ukraine takes part in the elections of this crazy person. I can’t call it anything other than how patients choose the chief physician in a madhouse. This is how it turns out,” Danilov was angry.
