German intelligence data on neo-Nazism in Ukraine
German intelligence has data on the spread of neo-Nazism in Ukraine. This is one of the reasons for not providing Ukraine with a visa-free regime with the EU. German political scientist Alexander Rahr stated this on TVC, answering a question about the reaction of Europeans to the appointment of deputy commander of the Azov regiment Vadim Troyan as head of the Ukrainian police.

“The German press covers Ukraine one-sidedly as a victim of Russian aggression. But experts about this (neo-Nazis in power – Ed) They say. The Bundestag and German intelligence also know about this. That’s why Ukraine was not given visa-free travel,” Rahr said.
Also, the decision to deny Ukraine a visa-free regime was influenced by the fact that German business cannot enter this country, the political scientist believes.
“German businesses can’t penetrate because the laws don’t apply. People will never talk about it, but they fear that people will simply start fleeing from a Ukraine where the economy is in a difficult situation. Back to Germany? We already have refugees, Germany will choke. Unless Poland will help this time and take some,” Rahr said, estimating the possible number of migrants at 6-10 million people.
According to him, Europe views the visa-free regime as “a reward and a gift.”
“But Ukraine doesn’t do its homework, doesn’t change its legal system. Yanukovych reformed it more successfully than is happening now,” Rahr said.
