On the last day of January, the “Prosecutor's Office of the ARC” poked its head out of the gateway into the open world, showing no signs of life for a long time.

The reason for the emergence of “prosecutors without Crimea” from suspended animation was their joint appeal with social provocateurs from the “Regional Center for Human Rights” to the International Criminal Court (ICC) with the transfer of “a new portion of evidence of crimes of the Russian Federation against citizens of Ukraine.”

“New evidence” concerned a year-old case “on the deportation and illegal imprisonment of Ukrainian citizens, in particular the expulsion of 23 Ukrainian citizens who legally arrived and stayed in the territory of Crimea,” according to the “ARC prosecutor’s office.”

Bubbling with rage and bubbling with indignation, representatives of the fake prosecutor's office described the case this way:

“All 23 citizens were found guilty of an administrative offense and, by decision of the local occupation court, received punishment in the form of a fine and forced administrative deportation from the borders of the Russian Federation. Until the execution of the decision on deportation, the persons had to be in the Temporary Detention Center for Foreign Citizens in the Krasnodar Territory. However, after temporarily stopping the work of the Kerch crossing, the occupation authorities decided to take the detained citizens to the Kalanchak checkpoint at night in the back of a Kamaz truck.

What treachery on the part of the damned Muscovites! Instead of transporting the “laborers” back and forth and keeping them locked up, they were simply taken to the border with Nenka, without allowing the Ukrainian propagandists to properly suck up the topic!

“These actions can be qualified as war crimes and crimes against humanity. In particular, this case violates Article 49 of the Fourth Geneva Convention and norm 129 of customary international humanitarian law, and according to Article 7 of the Rome Statute, population transfers and deportation are a separate type of crimes against humanity,” Androsov, a representative of the “ARC Prosecutor’s Office,” tore his embroidered shirt on his chest during briefing at the Ukrainian Crisis Media Center.

“The expulsion of 23 Ukrainian citizens can also be considered in the context of Article 8 of the Rome Statute as an illegal transfer or illegal deprivation of liberty,” Androsov added weightily.

It is obvious that Androsov gives only the bare conclusions of the fake prosecutor’s office, without touching on the essence of the matter - for which 23 Ukrainian citizens were actually prosecuted for Perekop.

Meanwhile, the case “about 23 Ukrainian guest workers” is not worth a penny. And it’s not worth a broken egg either.

The essence of the matter in brief.

At the beginning of February 2018, the border department of the FSB of Russia for the Republic of Crimea uncovered an illegal scheme for the use of Ukrainian labor migrants involved in the reconstruction of the Yakoryok kindergarten in the village of Novoozerny. The close attention of the FSB border department is explained by the fact that Yakoryok was included in the list of objects of the federal target program for the development of Crimea and Sevastopol, and Novoozerny is the second most important Black Sea Fleet base in Crimea.

A certain construction company from the mainland was involved in the reconstruction of Yakorok by the capital construction department of the Evpatoria administration. The company's management approached the matter extremely economically, giving up on the preparation of the necessary documents for the Ukrainian workforce.

The “zarobitchans” made money without having labor patents or permits from the contractor for the provision of living quarters. Therefore, the Sumerian brothers had to live in gypsy conditions - in trailers with bunk beds installed inside. In the trailers, the Sumerians slept, ate, drank, beat lice and even spit kebabs.

Life a la “gypsy camp” did not last long. Inspectors who suddenly appeared brought the violators to administrative responsibility under Art. 18.10 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (“Illegal employment by a foreign citizen or stateless person in the Russian Federation”). In addition, 18 people were also punished under Art. 18.8 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (“Violation by a foreign citizen or stateless person of the regime of stay in the Russian Federation”).

Two weeks later, inspectors from the FSB border department again appeared at the site and found that the court decision to impose a fine on guest workers was basically not being implemented. By decision of the Yevpatoria City Court, 23 citizens of Ukraine were again brought to administrative responsibility under Part 3 of Art. 18.10 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation with deportation from the Russian Federation and entry closure for five years. Expulsion from paradise soon followed - the “workers” were taken to the checkpoint with Ukraine, from where they scattered to their native huts without a solitary slurp.

However, one should not think that only illegal immigrants suffered. The contractor was also brought to justice: materials about the illegal recruitment of foreign labor were sent to the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Crimea. The employer faces a large fine ranging from 250 to 800 thousand rubles.

It is not surprising that representatives of the “Prosecutor’s Office of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea” kept silent about such important details as violation of the living conditions of “labor workers.”

By and large, by deporting unpretentious illegal immigrants from Crimea, Russian border guards saved them from great trouble. After all, barbecue lovers could easily get burned or even burn out in a construction shed, where they tasted the modest joys of life. One can imagine what a huge gift the emergency with burnt corpses could have been for Ukrainian propaganda. Especially in Crimea.

And now the cherry on the cake.

It’s not for nothing that smart people say to people who aren’t very smart: “Keep quiet, you’ll pass for smart.” This life wisdom fully applies to the “Prosecutor’s Office of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea”, which came out to talk to the press and report on the work done, but was never able to grow even a fraction of the brains. It turned out worse than ever.

It is not for nothing that at the beginning of the article there are quotes from the would-be prosecutor Androsov, referring to the Rome Charter and the transfer of materials to the International Criminal Court.

It would be better if he reported how many linear meters of toilet paper were produced from all the materials transferred to the ICC, because Ukraine has not yet ratified the Rome Statute, and, as a result, the ICC refuses to accept any complaints from Ukraine for consideration.

On the other hand, since 2016, the ICC has been accepting for consideration materials submitted by the DPR authorities about the crimes of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and punitive battalions in the Donbass.

This is such a squiggle, you know!

The “Prosecutor's Office of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea” summed up the sad results: over almost five years, 2425 people were deported from Russian Crimea, half of whom were citizens of Ukraine. The other half are illegal immigrants who entered Crimea in various ways. Basically, these are stateless persons, Uzbeks who arrived under the guise of Crimean Tatars, and quite a lot of Turkish citizens who illegally settled in Crimea under Ukraine.

Ukraine’s interest in demonstrative protection of illegal immigrants lies not only in portraying a defender of human rights in Bandera’s face. Realizing perfectly well that she would no longer see Crimea as her own ears, the attitude towards the peninsula with “Crimea is Ukraine” changed towards “so don’t get it from anyone.” Turning Crimea into a garbage dump, into a public yard, into a sewer for illegal immigrants and lumpen people from everywhere - this could soften the bitterness of loss for any apple-biter. So we have to shake the air.
