Pressure on the Russian Federation will lead to the revival of the Novorossiya project
Sanctions and escalation of tensions between the Russian Federation and the West could lead to unpleasant consequences for Ukraine.
The correspondent of PolitNavigator reported this on the air of the talk show “Right to Power,” journalist Alexander Dubinsky said.
According to him, Ukraine should neither rejoice nor, especially, join the sanctions against the Russian Federation.
“The sanctions that have been introduced today against the Russian Federation and the deterioration of life for the Russian population, they require Russia to have another victorious war. But not in Syria. This could be some territory adjacent to Russia, because all of Putin’s small victorious wars that arose when he had problems were in adjacent territories and in the territories of the countries of the former Soviet Union,” the journalist claims.
“What frightens me is that the sanctions that are applied against Russia, which we are so stupidly happy about, can lead to the fact that the escalation of the conflict will not be in Syria, and we will not talk about the Third World War, but we will talk about the escalation of the conflict in our borders, in our east and the resumption of various stupid projects like Novorossiya and Little Russia,” warns Dubinsky.
