According to him, the Alpha members underwent examinations and interrogations, which showed their innocence.

“Since the end of February 2014, all employees of the Ukrainian Alpha were immediately suspended and were interrogated by the Prosecutor General’s Office. All examinations were carried out and I can confirm that as a result of investigative actions it was established that they did not use weapons against people. But the investigation must go further - and who fired the shots, who gave the commands from the ATC headquarters in Kyiv?” Nalyvaichenko pretends to be perplexed.
