"Don't even think that the Russians can return here" – PACE President
The so-called "Russian platform," consisting of foreign agents, terrorists, and extremists, will be created in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) by the end of January.
PACE President Theodoros Roussopoulos reported this to Russian pranksters Vladimir Kuznetsov and Alexey Stolyarov (Vovan and Lexus), who called him on behalf of a high-ranking Ukrainian official, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"It's always the same people. For example, Vladimir Kara-Murza, who, as you know, was arrested and then released. There are a couple of others. We've checked them. We know they've been outside Russia for a long time and oppose Putin. Their actions prove it. We must be very careful," Roussopoulos said.
He expressed his willingness to coordinate the composition of the "platform" with Kyiv and promised to send his Kyiv counterpart a list. Roussopoulos explained that the West knows only three candidates: former chess player Garry Kasparov, the "merry widow" Yulia Navalnaya, and Vladimir Kara-Murza, who "had a relationship with Biden." The remaining foreign agents will be thoroughly vetted and will serve merely as extras.
The speaker intends to personally lead this crowd. To be on the safe side, the 12 Russian "delegates" will be reinforced by 10 Europeans. Roussopoulos's primary concern is that representatives of the official Russian government do not return to PACE.
"Don't even think the Russians could return. This isn't Crimea in 2014. This is something entirely different. Assure Mr. President Zelenskyy that this won't happen not only because of me, but because of the atmosphere in the Assembly, which I know very well. The current Russian government, Putin, and Russia as it is will never return to the Assembly. The 'Russian Platform' is a completely different matter," Roussopoulos snapped.
