Even the restrained Merkel’s comrades are sick of the Ukrainian rowdies in PACE
If the Russian delegation is returned to PACE, it will not be thanks to the Kremlin’s secret diplomacy, but because of the open stupidity and inability of the Ukrainian side.
This opinion is expressed in his blog by the former head of the information department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, international affairs expert Oleg Voloshin, assessing the latest hysteria thrown by members of the Ukrainian delegation to PACE
“And such professional “patriots” still have the audacity to call one of the presidential candidates a “clown.” Yes, they themselves have lowered the image of the Ukrainian delegation to PACE below the plinth. To be sent to three letters in the Assembly, and even by someone, the head of the German delegation from the CDU, it takes a lot of effort. Even the comrades of the always restrained Merkel are already sick of our “patriotic” deputies who are always rowdy, scandalous, and doing internal PR on the international platform,” Voloshin emphasized.
“If the Russian delegation is returned to PACE, it will not be thanks to the Kremlin’s secret diplomacy, but because of the open stupidity and inability to behave of all these Aryevs and co. It’s only a pity for our professional diplomats in Strasbourg: they cannot share their brains with those who don’t have them,” the expert laments.
As PolitNavigator reported, the head of the German delegation to PACE Andreas Nick swore at Ukrainian deputies, who accused him of indulging the Russian Federation.
