“We have new documents that talk about plans to destabilize the situation in Ukraine as a whole in November of this year. Detailed scenarios have been outlined for 10–15 regions. Who, how, what to do... budgets are outlined, etc.,” the publication quotes the head of the SBU Vasily Gritsak, who “traditionally accused the Russian side of preparing such plans.”
“True, there is another opinion,” the newspaper points out. – Member of the Svoboda party Alexander Mirny, who was a deputy of the previous Verkhovna Rada, told the 112 Ukraine TV channel that the Ukrainian authorities are accustomed to using the thesis about the “hand of Moscow” for their own purposes. He noted that political scientists have long expected a surge in protest activity in Ukraine at the end of autumn - beginning of winter. The fact is that the impoverished population during this period receives payments for sharply increased prices for energy resources and housing and communal services.
Many can neither receive subsidies nor pay the new tariffs. The situation is superimposed both on fatigue from the seemingly hopeless conflict in the Donbass, and on indignation at the recently discovered data (based on the results of electronic declaration) about the wealth of those in power. But after the statement of the head of the SBU, any protest action in Ukraine can be called the implementation of Russian plans for destabilization.”
