The former head of the information department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Oleg Voloshin stated this at a press conference in Kiev, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent, noting that the atmosphere in PACE is rather boring, but at the same time “charming with its efficiency and readiness to conduct a real dialogue.”

He also drew attention to the fact that on the sidelines of PACE, journalists from Ukrainian TV channels interview exclusively representatives of Ukraine. At the same time, they explain that they do not know English or say that it is difficult to negotiate with European politicians.
