Kyiv, April 08 (PolitNavigator, Alexandra Ignatieva) – President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko said that Polish experts are working under the Ministry of Regional Development to introduce decentralization.

He announced this during a joint press conference with Polish President Bronislaw Komorowski.

“We discussed the issues of specific practical assistance that Poland will provide as experts and consultants, especially with regard to the Polish experience of decentralization, which we consider the most successful and most acceptable for Ukraine.

Today, I can tell you that a joint working group is working under the Ministry of Regional Development to reform local self-government decentralization, which includes well-known Polish experts and we will be able to evaluate the effectiveness of this group in the near future,” Poroshenko said.
