This case shows how hazing has become commonplace in the Ukrainian army. After all, the contract soldier is characterized positively from all sides, has a higher education, participated in hostilities, and has awards.

The Kramatorsk court, taking into account the positive characteristics, as well as the fact that the accused paid the victim almost three hundred thousand hryvnia, imposed only official restrictions on him and awarded monthly deductions of a fifth of his salary.
