The head of the National Police of Ukraine, Khatia Dekanoidze, stated this during a meeting of the board of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reports.
“85% of crimes are committed by people who don't have a job,” she said.
