Ukraine's Declaration of Independence can easily be canceled for bribing a judge
Kyiv, April 08 (PolitNavigator, Vladimir Mikhailov) – The “dashing 90s” have returned to Ukraine, there is “lawlessness” in the country, says the chairman of the public organization “People of Kiev, unite!” lawyer Alexander Dyadyuk.

“If earlier there were bandits in power with “concepts” and at least some kind of boundaries, now in power there are lawless looters who have neither “concepts” nor boundaries. Only thirst for profit. The judicial system, seeing what the authorities were doing, went into complete disarray. Previously, they were at least a little afraid, but in a certain situation they could win. Now the judges generally had everything in mind, especially the judges of the Supreme Court of Ukraine. Bring in money - even the Declaration of Independence of Ukraine will be canceled, the only question is the price, it will be expensive. But they will cancel it.
There is such a developer in Kyiv - Voitsekhovsky, who builds in general without lawlessness. Previously, it was difficult to fight with him; he was protected by the Prosecutor General’s Office. Now it seems that Avakov is his companion...
Previously, the prosecutor’s office had such a business - they “ran into” someone, got money, and that’s it, no one runs anywhere anymore. Now Avakov and his police are doing the same. They came down hard on Voitsekhovsky, then a comrade “solved it”, and now there is illegal construction going on on Zdolbunovskaya Street - no matter where we write, the police ignore everything. As I understand it, the Kyiv developers put Avakov on the “feeding table.”
And so on for all questions. According to insider information voiced by one of the representatives at the Ministry of Culture, Kyiv developers have created a fund for the purchase of Ukrainian courts and law enforcement agencies. And we see what is happening in construction sites - the police are not working. We see what is happening in the courts - even cases that were won under Yanukovych are now being reviewed.
The country is now somewhere in the early to mid-90s in the field of law, the country is in pure “lawlessness,” the lawyer said.
