This was stated at a press conference in Kyiv by Gennady Ryabtsev, deputy director of the Psyche scientific and technical center.

“We are accustomed to the fact that since the times of the USSR certain sanitary, epidemiological and hygienic standards have been met. But since from January 1, 2017 in Ukraine these standards were canceled by the decision of the previous Cabinet of Ministers and are not in effect, including those that determine living and working conditions, no one really cares what the temperature will be in our homes,” the expert emphasized .
