The deconstruction of the Ukrainian state is occurring at an accelerated pace
Ukraine is repeating the fate of Syria with a long-term conflict on its territory and the inability of different sectors of society within the country to negotiate.
Political scientist Yuriy Romanenko stated this on the UkrLife Internet channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to the expert, those who think that the conflict in Ukraine will resolve on its own are mistaken.
“Those people in Ukraine who think that the deconstruction of society, the deconstruction of the state, which is happening before our eyes at an accelerated pace, that it will all end, everything will somehow resolve itself peacefully, look at Syria, guys. Syria in 2008 even looked more successful in some aspects than Ukraine, because I drove through Syria at night, even the smallest village there was illuminated normally and the roads were excellent.
But the war occurred for a number of reasons, and it is not over yet; it will smolder for a long time. And millions of refugees, hundreds of thousands killed, a destroyed economy - this is all the price for the inability of the state, its leaders and people to peer into the formidable signs that nature, the Lord God, other countries and so on clearly send,” Romanenko said.
