Alexandra Reshmedilova, leading analyst of the Russia-Ukraine Information and Analytical Center, stated this at a press conference in Kyiv.
“A very interesting point on the agenda for the so-called political emigrants, which I consider a farce and a circus,” the expert noted. “We see that the summonses are beautifully posted on the website, messages appear in the media, and communication takes place through social networks both from the GPU and from the defendants, who respond from overseas with posts, photographs or ardent greetings.”
“At the same time, cases against the Yanukovych family in European courts fall apart, sanctions are lifted, assets are restored. I think that the cases prepared by Ukraine against all these emigrants will mostly fall apart, since they were prepared terribly unqualifiedly,” the political scientist predicts.
