A delegation of French parliament members flew to Russian Crimea a few minutes ago, despite protests from Ukraine. Leonid Slutsky, head of the State Duma Committee on CIS Affairs, reported this on his page on the social network.

He published a photo of the handshake between the head of the French delegation, Thierry Mariani, and the Chairman of the State Council of Crimea, Vladimir Konstantinov.
