The case of neo-Nazi Zaverukha was transferred to another court - in the current one, all judges recused themselves
The Kiev Court of Appeal decided that the case of Vita Zaverukha, a neo-Nazi “Ayda” suspect in the murder of two law enforcement officers, and other defendants in the case of Andrei Romanyuk and Evgeniy Koshelyuk will be considered not by Solomensky, but by the Darnytsky Court of Kyiv.

This was reported by the press service of the Court of Appeal.
“On January 6, 2017, the Kiev Court of Appeal was scheduled to consider the submission of the Solomensky District Court of Kiev on the direction of criminal proceedings against V. I. Zaverukha, A. A. Romanyuk, E. E. Koshelyuk, M. A. Mnishenko, D. Sitnikov. S. from one court to another,” the press service noted, noting that the request was satisfied.
The reason for transferring the case to another court was the self-recusal of the judges.
Let us recall that on May 4 in Kyiv there was an attack by members of nationalist battalions on one of the gas stations, where the attackers shot law enforcement officers. The actions of the attackers are qualified under Article 27, Article 348 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (attack on the life of a law enforcement officer).
