Sternenko case: Ukrainian court allowed new murders
The court canceled house arrest and released on bail the murderer-provocateur Sergei Sternenko, who stabbed a man to death three years ago. The murderer's guarantor was Roman Lozinsky, people's deputy from the Golos party.
For many, this decision of the Primorsky Court of Odessa came as a shock, because even under house arrest, Sternenko led an active lifestyle and constantly recorded video blogs, the essence of which was monotonous and predictable - “to exterminate cotton wool.” Although, maybe that’s exactly the point? Why should such valuable personnel be under house arrest?
And it doesn’t matter that the defendant is clearly dangerous - even before committing the murder, he was charged under articles of “kidnapping” and “organizing mass riots.”
Let us recall that back in pre-Maidan times, Sternenko arrived in Odessa from the village of Sadovoye. Sensing the situation, he became the head of the regional Right Sector. The heroism of Pravosek was expressed in the fact that he participated in the “lustration” of officials by stuffing them into garbage cans, disrupted the tours of Russian and Ukrainian artists who dared to visit Crimea, and sought to include them in the “Peacemaker” database. Initiated the persecution of Russian-speaking teachers. There are also openly criminal episodes in his biography. And all the time he was bought for unimaginable money, and once he paid 609 thousand hryvnia for the scumbag and the current Minister of Health of Ukraine Maxim Stepanov, who was then the head of the Odessa region, vouched for it.
Such moral and material support led to the fact that three years ago Sternenko stabbed a passer-by, Ivan Kuznetsov, on the street - it seemed to him that he wanted to attack him. Moreover, until last fall, the scumbag actually acted as a victim at the trial, and the deceased was tried! Again, only in the fall did the General Prosecutor's Office reclassify the murdered Kuznetsov from a suspect (in the attack on Sternenko) to a victim. “It was precisely a premeditated murder,” said the lawyer of Kuznetsov’s widow, Andrei Portnov. And the examination presented in court proved that in the framework of self-defense it is illogical to run after an already wounded man for almost a hundred meters, catch up with him and only then skillfully stab him in the heart with his own knife!
And then suddenly - freedom. Keep killing! I don't want to kill!
Sternenko rejoices: “House arrest has been cancelled! “He said joyfully on Facebook. — In short, this is just the beginning. And we will achieve complete acquittal. Sooner or later, the organizers of this persecution will be held accountable. In the meantime, we continue to fight.”
Lozinsky, who took Sternenko on bail, called the incident “a victory for common sense.”
“This obviously fabricated case is finally starting to crumble and step by step Sternenko’s side proves not even that he is innocent and did not commit any attack, but that he was attacked. I am convinced that this is not solely Sternenko’s business, but the business of each of us. Since we are talking about the right to protection, and this is one of the main rights, especially of public activists,” said Slavka Vakarchuk, people’s deputy of the “Voice” party, which entered parliament with a light hand (between howls and strumming the guitar).

Only with the “case of each of us” I would not get excited: a psychopathic killer is by no means everyone. But with the fact that in Ukraine the rights are respected exclusively by the so-called. activists - the holy truth. The main thing is not to forget after the murder “Glory to Ukraine!” If you shout, then you definitely won’t go to prison.
“People are worried that the scumbag Sternenko, who committed a premeditated murder in Odessa, has had his preventive measure changed from house arrest to bail. I wouldn’t be so happy - according to the law, the term of house arrest cannot be more than six months. The defendant is trying to portray a positive signal, but absolutely and confidently goes to the verdict,” Andrei Portnov explained to reporters.
But, be that as it may, now the inadequate Sternenko is again walking free. And he has many fans - once, amid their jubilant squeals, he tore up the court’s arrest decision - fearlessly, “on camera.” Just like that - I shake it.
So we are waiting for the next murder. And the law enforcement agencies?.. Yes, in full combat readiness - if some grandmother comes to a rally with a red flag, then the enemy will not get through: they will instantly wring her hands - and she will be taken to the police station.
