This was reported by Kramatorsk City Council member Valery Vlasenko, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
To prove what he saw, the deputy posted a photo of a pack of cigarettes online, which clearly shows that the cigarettes were produced in the Donetsk People's Republic.
Vlasenko also noted that compared to Ukrainian cigarettes, the price of tobacco products from the DPR is much lower. “The price is very modest - 15.50 per pack,” the deputy stated.
