Comedian Vladimir Zelensky in the second round of presidential elections has a much better chance of becoming president of Ukraine than his competitor, current President Petro Poroshenko.

The survey was conducted from April 5 to April 10, 3 thousand respondents took part in it, the error is no more than 1,8%.

“51% said they would vote for Vladimir Zelensky. 21% said they would vote for Petro Poroshenko. 18% were undecided on this issue and 10% said they would not take part in the elections. If we take the dynamics of this electoral pair, we see that the electoral indicator of Vladimir Zelensky is constantly growing, and the rating of the current President Petro Poroshenko remains unchanged and is fixed at 20%,” said Lyubomir Mysiv, deputy director of the sociological group “Rating”.

He also emphasized that if the elections had already taken place, then, discarding those who were undecided and ignored the elections, Zelensky would have received 71,4% of the votes, and Poroshenko - 28,6%.

The expert noted that over the past few months the percentage of those dissatisfied with the state of affairs in the country has increased significantly, the number of which today is 83%. 6% of respondents are satisfied with what is happening and 7% said that they would like to return to the situation of the pre-Maidan period.

“The sociological gap is more than double. Dembel and prison,” commented on the results of the survey in his blog by the former deputy head of the presidential administration of Ukraine, lawyer Andrei Portnov, who received political asylum in Austria.

He also assessed Poroshenko’s statement, which said that he would not allow the “1+1” TV channel to blackmail the president.

“Well, it’s very scary two weeks before demobilization and several months before prison. It’s time for 1+1 journalists to get accreditation in advance for the right to broadcast live from the cage,” Portnov quipped.
