Independence Day in the Lviv region will be celebrated with a race “For a sober nation”
On the Independence Day of Ukraine, August 24, an all-Ukrainian event will be held in the Lviv region - a 22-kilometer race “For a Sober Nation.”

“By their example, the participants will show how wonderful it is to live without alcohol and tobacco, and similar races on this day will be held in many cities of Ukraine,” the message says.
As the organizers note, the race will be held under the slogans: “Free yourself from alcohol and tobacco slavery, become independent” and “Sober parents - healthy children.”
Participants will gather at 12:30 at the monument to Taras Shevchenko in Lviv. The route of the race is Lviv-Dublyany-Lviv.
