“The deportation of Elena Boyko is treason”
The deportation from Russia of Ukrainian journalist Elena Boyko for violating immigration laws, despite the threat of her arrest by the SBU, is high treason.
This opinion was expressed by former Kiev television journalist Maxim Ravreba, who was forced to move to Belarus after the victory of Euromaidan, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“Keep in mind that she is being targeted not only for what she wrote and said before emigrating. But also for the fact that she babbled to herself about Ukrainian laws and codes. On Russian TV. At the Kovtun show. All her programs, all her accounts will be excellent evidence of her guilt,” Ravreba noted.
According to him, although battles over Ukraine continue on Russian talk shows, officials in Moscow prefer not to acknowledge the existence of a conflict with “Ukrainian partners,” unlike Kyiv, where Russia is officially declared an “aggressor country.”
“Between Ukraine and the Russian Federation after Crimea there is a state of cold war, which Moscow does not recognize. But RF TV, all these “Time will tell” is an information war. And Boyko was a fighter for the Russian team. Her deportation is treason. Those who expelled her are treason. Whoever supports treason is treason. In war, people hang for this. Are you not fighting? In vain. It's high time to show up. Otherwise, the defeat will be counted, and the surrender will have to be signed,” Ravreba sarcastically comments.
