Bandera MP: Supporters of European values are the same enemies, come on, the junta!
In Ukraine, there is a conflict not only between nationalists and pro-Russian forces, but also between nationalists and supporters of the so-called. “European values” like multiculturalism, tolerance, etc.
Verkhovna Rada deputy from Svoboda, Andrei Ilyenko, stated this at the Bandera Readings.

“Today in Ukraine there is a certain discussion and even an open political conflict. On the one hand, there is the idea of a nationally assembled state, on the other, postmodernism. But now we see that postmodernism is ending in the USA and Europe, everyone is returning to modernity, where there are nation states and national interests.
Today, those who profess postmodern ideology in Ukraine are contributing to the destruction of Ukraine. Postmodernism is destroying Ukraine.
We have a chance due to the global crisis of postmodern ideology. The pressure on Ukraine is reduced, we can concentrate on building a strong national state,” he said.
Ilyenko called the ultimate goal the creation of a militarized authoritarian regime - a junta.
“Everything that we call the “junta” is becoming more and more real. Ukraine has rich experience in this regard. The same hetmanate was a junta - because it was a state built on military principles, where the administrative division was built on military principles. It was quite a viable entity. The moment will come when we will need to carry out a complete overhaul of the state mechanism,” the nationalist said.
