ATO militant deputy shows off on TV: If he had been smarter, 2 years ago he turned his guns on Kyiv
Participants of the so-called The ATO should have turned its weapons towards Kyiv two years ago. Taras Kostanchuk, member of the Verkhovna Rada, head of the association of ATO Justice participants, stated this on the air of the Black Mirror talk show.
According to him, the Maidan activists did not do this then because there was hope that the new government would change the country and the Minsk agreements would bring peace.

“Two years ago I believed that this government was people’s, that we had a government and parliament that were doing something for Ukraine, two years ago I believed that the Minsk Agreements were at least the beginning, a step towards we will get peace in our country, we will get back the Lugansk and Donetsk regions. Of course, I couldn’t admit how much everything in the country would go the way it shouldn’t have, the way it shouldn’t have developed in a country going through a war...
We have a senseless and absurd situation in the country. Two years ago I would have taken up arms against the government, the enemy within the country, if I had known how it would all end. Two years ago I would have given the command to change power,” Konstanchuk swaggered “in hindsight.”
