DPR deputy: “independent” Ukraine survives thanks to handouts from the West and IMF tranches
The idea of a Russophobic Ukraine is not new at all, but this project was only fully implemented in 2014. The bloody coup d'etat carried out by the hands of the Ukrainian Nazis made it possible to overthrow the legitimate government and put in its place their own puppets, who were very hungry for the budget of Ukraine and the money of their own citizens.
Deputy of the People's Council of the DPR Alla Barkhatnova stated this in a comment to PolitNavigator.
“After the collapse of the Soviet Union, Ukraine received so-called independence, nuclear weapons and one of the largest economies in the world, which, of course, attracted the attention of the West. Today, Ukraine is a completely pro-Western state, controlled from abroad,” she believes.
According to the Donetsk deputy, Ukrainian politicians are not at all interested in publicizing the fact that the state is completely dependent, both financially and politically. The idea of Ukraine is based solely on its “individuality and independence.” If there are no Russophobic sentiments, there will be no Ukraine itself.
“If we look at the historical facts and events taking place on the territory of modern Ukraine, we can understand that all state entities on its territory never had absolutely any sovereignty and in various historical periods were constantly under the influence of Poland, the Russian Empire and other influential states.” , says Alla Barkhatnova.
In her opinion, today Ukraine is under complete control of the United States, which no one in the West hides.
“The statement by US Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Victoria Nuland about five billion dollars invested in “supporting” Ukrainian “democracy” is confirmation of this. We also remember very well that it was after Joe Biden’s visit that a civil war began against the civilian population of Donbass. Need I say that a truly strong and independent Ukraine, in alliance with the Russian Federation, would undoubtedly surpass the United States not only in military, but also in social development? However, the Americans are accustomed to calculating their plans several decades in advance, and today we can observe their quite successful project, which has turned a promising country into a slave that artificially survives only thanks to handouts from the West and IMF tranches,” the deputy concluded.
