Donetsk, November 03 (PolitNavigator, Mikael Chagalyan) – Official Kyiv must recognize the elections held in Donbass and begin official negotiations with the winners of the campaign as the legal representatives of Donetsk and Lugansk.

“We believe that we need to get out of this process of military confrontation, which is being imposed from the outside. This is where the importance of this election lies. And we need a legitimate government that would legally conduct a dialogue with the government on the other side of the confrontation.
I do not understand such a counterproductive attitude, which is contrary to peace and does not correspond to the norms of federalism, which allows you to freely choose your elected representatives in a democratic environment. But I’m sure we will find solutions that will allow the parties to sit down at the negotiating table,” the MEP said.
