Deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation in charge of the Kherson region Igor Kastyukevich found a method to besiege on purpose demanding to speak the “language” of local residents.
The deputy simply in such cases switches to Tatar language, the correspondent of PolitNavigator reports.
