Russian State Duma deputy Konstantin Zatulin stated this on the Rossiya 1 TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

According to Konstantin Zatulin, because of this position of Kyiv, the meeting in the Normandy format will not end in anything good for Ukraine.
