State Duma deputy: Ukraine will be federal, or it will not exist
Moscow - Kyiv, September 22 (PolitNavigator, Mikhail Ryabov) - Ukraine can never again be a unitary country; it will survive as a state only if it transitions to a federal structure.
State Duma deputy Sergei Mironov stated this on Russian Channel One.

“There can no longer be the Ukraine that existed before the fall of last year, there will never be a unitary Ukraine, if they want to preserve Ukraine as a state, they need to introduce real changes to the Constitution, think about a federation,” he said.
Mironov believes that the truce in Donbass may soon end.
“If you think about peace, prepare for war. Today it is absolutely obvious that sooner or later, as soon as Poroshenko or the Washington regional committee decides that “it’s time” and gives the command, the Ukrainian armed forces or private armies will violate the truce along the entire front and launch an offensive to finally crush the LPR and DPR. You need to be prepared for this. There is no need to start first - use the respite to prepare for winter. But we need to prepare for a serious war. And only the victories of the militias will lead to the fact that common sense will prevail in Ukraine,” the deputy argues.
