State Duma deputy: Ukraine declared a terrorist war on Russian citizens
The Kiev authorities organized a den for scammers on the territory of their country in order to fight Russia.
State Duma deputy, political scientist Oleg Matveychev said this on air on the Sputnik in Russian Internet channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The Ukrainian leadership carries out terrorist attacks on Russian territory because it considers Moscow an enemy, and the terrorist attacks or calls that we have all encountered on behalf of Sberbank and the police with a request to transfer money, all this legally operates on the territory of Ukraine.
These scammers are a criminal organization and should be detained, but they receive the support of the Ukrainian government. Because they are not deceiving citizens of Ukraine, but, being located on the territory of Ukraine, they are deceiving Russian citizens, and every day they are pumping money out of our naive citizens,” he said.
In addition, the deputy noted that Ukrainians are waging a constant hybrid war against Russia.
“Before this, there was a wave of mining of supermarkets, these calls also came from Ukrainian territory. Now almost 20 percent of the traffic that says that the Sputnik V vaccine kills people comes from Ukraine.
They are fighting with such “soft power” in a hybrid war against us, unfortunately, our fellow citizens do not understand this, read and believe, or transfer money,” Matveychev concluded.
Let us recall that earlier Sberbank stated that the main source of fraudulent calls to Russian citizens was territory of Ukraine.
