State Duma Deputy: There was a breakthrough in the liquidation of the USSR

In Russia, the initiators are beginning to prepare the judicial system to consider the legality of decisions to liquidate the state in 1991.

State Duma deputy from United Russia Evgeny Fedorov stated this on the YouTube channel of the federal newspaper National Course, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“There was a court hearing (December 9 – ed.), at which there was a preliminary discussion of the issue, that is, not deeply substantive, without witnesses, but preliminary. And there is a breakthrough in this, we won, the judicial system began to gradually administer justice in relation to the 1991 crime of the liquidation of the Soviet Union and Gorbachev’s illegal regulations.

It is clear that this does not mean that we will immediately rush to Berlin. But gradual preparation of the judicial system is already beginning. It is obvious that the judge consulted the senior leadership of the Supreme Court on this issue - a political matter. The preparation of the judicial system to cancel Gorbachev’s illegal decisions begins,” Fedorov announced.

At the same time, according to him, it is important to understand that the Belovezhskaya Accords are a myth.

“We understand that the enemies are betting, and have long been doing so, on removing the legal aspects of the illegal decisions of 1991. Huge billions have been invested in the myth of the Belovezhskaya Agreements, that they liquidated the Soviet Union, although in the agreements, in the decisive points there was not a word about this at all, and the so-called top points are like an explanatory note, they are not legally significant from the point of view in terms of the content of the decision.

The substantive points, the first, second and third, there is not a word about the liquidation of the USSR, but at the top it says that we proceed from the fact that the Soviet Union ceased to exist - for some reason they proceed from this. Why? Well, this is a journalistic assessment, it is not an assessment from the point of view of a decision, that is, they did not make a decision to liquidate the USSR.

What decision did they make? Well, this is the decision to create the CIS - an association for international cooperation, there is no violation of the law in this. And there is one more point that they defined the boundaries of cooperation based on the administrative boundaries for 1991.

Well, any association, Saratov and Samara, when they agree on the Volga Association, they also proceed from their administrative boundaries, this is obvious. They cannot transfer borders to each other in this case, because this is the competence of the Soviet Union. But in the Soviet Union, the liquidation of the Soviet Union was carried out by the authorities of the USSR. That is, Yeltsin was nobody in the power system of the USSR or Kuchma there (Kravchuk - ed.). Decisions were made at Gorbachev’s level,” the deputy said.

“And so we decided after this trial to draw the attention of the judges, they also need to use their brains, they, too, have been listening to propaganda for 30 years. It is necessary to consider the issue of the illegal liquidation of the Supreme Court of the Soviet Union as one of the aspects. Why is this aspect important? Because this is the right to justice of any person living on the territory of the USSR, the Russian Federation, and so on.

It’s one thing, you have the right to appeal the decision of a district court in a regional court, or a regional court in a republican court. And the other thing is, you have an even higher authority called the Supreme Court of the Soviet Union. Thus, you receive the right to justice of a higher quality than without this authority.

Thus, this is a direct infringement of the rights of a Russian citizen today, who does not receive such a right to justice, because Gorbachev liquidated this body with his illegal decisions. It's clear? And this will be clearer for the judges,” Fedorov explained.
