State Duma Deputy: All new territories of Ukraine occupied by the Russian army will become part of the Russian Federation
After the liberation of the Russian army, the territories of Ukraine will have to become part of the Russian Federation, forming new subjects of the federation.
Russian State Duma deputy Artem Turov stated this at a forum in Moscow, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I believe that the future of these territories, and these territories are primordially Russian, shed by the blood of our ancestors, our historical land for centuries, I believe that the future here lies in the creation of simply new subjects of the Russian Federation.
Because any territory that will be withdrawn and any state created on the basis of the remaining territory will be a threat to our national security...
The option when, on the basis of free expression of will, citizens decide and become part of the Russian Federation, will be the most optimal for both our country and those territories of the former Ukraine.
This is our historical memory and an opportunity to develop,” said Turov.
