A deputy from the Opposition Bloc threatens Parubiy with his fist for a trial without the word “Ukraine”
The creation of an anti-corruption court in Ukraine will mark the final transition of the country to external control by the West.
People's Deputy from the Opposition Bloc Mikhail Papiev stated this during a meeting of the Verkhovna Rada, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“People have no respect for the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine because it does not make the decisions that people expect. By the way, today two of my colleagues misspoke, calling the anti-corruption court unconstitutional. It really is like that. Can you imagine a Ukrainian law that does not have the word “Ukraine” in its title? There should be “Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine”, but this word is not in the name. This clearly and clearly confirms that this court is not being created by Ukraine. And when they say that there are proposals from the Venice Commission, don’t believe them. This court “writes” the International Monetary Fund. Under this law, our state finally comes under external control. I think that the time will come when appropriate qualifications will be given to these actions, because the Constitution of Ukraine prohibits the usurpation of power,” he said.
At the same time, the people's deputy threatened the Speaker of Parliament Andrei Parubiy with contacting law enforcement agencies for lobbying for this law.
“I once again address the head of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on the transcript. This week I officially conveyed the demand of the People's Deputy of Ukraine that once again the head of the Verkhovna Rada, Pan Parubiy, is violating the regulations. We have no choice but to contact law enforcement agencies so that his actions are qualified as abuse of official position,” concluded Mikhail Papiev.
