A Maidan deputy beat a policeman on Khreshchatyk
Deputies of the Verkhovna Rada Yegor Sobolev and Semyon Semenchenko, who organized today's actions against Petro Poroshenko in Kyiv, fought their way through the police cordon on Khreshchatyk.
The deputies shouted that the police were breaking the law, since the people's representatives have immunity, and the security forces have no right to block their path.
However, the police refused to clear the passage.

Then Semenchenko and Sobolev began tearing off the helmets of the security forces, demanding that they show their faces, and then they could be tried for breaking the law.
“Even during the time of Yanukovych, Berkut let deputies through!” - Sobolev shouted.
The police seemed to really be afraid that they might face punishment, so they did not actively oppose the deputies.
A few minutes later, under pressure from politicians, the police gave up and let the deputies through. At the same time, Sobolev hit one of the security forces, tearing off his helmet. The policeman’s face was distorted from the blow, but he could only silently let the Maidan deputy pass.
