Kyiv, October 24 (PolitNavigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – Official Kyiv lied about the capture of the village of Smeloe near Lugansk by Ukrainian troops. Lugansk City Council deputy Natalia Maksimets reports this with reference to data from her brother, who is fighting in the ranks of the militia.
