The author of the resolution is People's Deputy from the BPP Sergei Kaplin.
“On February 22, 2014, the Verkhovna Rada voted for the resignation of Yanukovych, who fled abroad and withdrew from fulfilling his constitutional duties. Minister of Internal Affairs Avakov did the same, leaving the country after information about mass high-profile murders, which were the result of a systemic failure of police reform and corruption of the Ministry of Internal Affairs as a whole.
Today we need to make historic decisions for the country, dismiss Avakov and, in the event of further blackmail from the Popular Front, reboot the Parliament,” Kaplin wrote on his page on the social network.
Please note that this formulation has no legal force from the point of view of Ukrainian legislation. So what we have before us is just “trolling” of Arsen Avakov by Poroshenko’s deputies, indicating the presence of serious contradictions in the ruling coalition.
