The deputy told how the American ambassador blackmails Ukrainian politicians
The American embassy influenced the decisions of the Verkhovna Rada with the help of information about the accounts of key figures in parliament.
Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of previous convocations Spiridon Kilinkarov stated this on the air of the TV program “Evening with Vladimir Solovyov,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“In the Verkhovna Rada, when some difficult political issues arose, I tell you with responsibility, the US Ambassador appeared on the balcony. He didn’t beat anyone with a baton, he didn’t shout, he just so civilly sat in a chair and watched the voting in parliament. If the decision does not pass, in the evening the key figures who make the decision there are invited to the American embassy. He doesn't scream there either. He says – you know, sir, you have accounts here, here, here... I’ve been here since 2006, I remember that there were three or four such decisions,” said Kilinkarov.
“Mr. Poroshenko said today that he has done more in a year than all previous governments and presidents over the past 27 years. But in reality this is not so. Yanukovych has done the most in matters of European integration. He accepted the most. Adapted Ukrainian legislation, demanded voting on European issues, etc.,” Kilinkarov added.
