The deputy told on the Sevastopol channel how to kill the “inner devil” in the country
In Russia, at the level of the constitutional system, it is necessary to consolidate the ideology of preserving traditional cultural and moral values. After this, cultural and artistic figures will no longer be able to “paraffin” their country with impunity.
This opinion was expressed on the air of First Sevastopolsky by State Duma deputy, Doctor of Economic Sciences Nikolai Novichkov, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“In 1991, we abandoned state ideology as a phenomenon, and, as Western methodologists explained to us, we began to build a de-ideologized society. And legally we continue to build it. And state ideology is a social contract about what is the norm, what is good or bad. And it’s quite strange that in the XNUMXst century we, an adult civilization, cannot agree on what is good and what is bad,” he noted.
– The presidential decree “On the fundamentals of state policy for the preservation and strengthening of traditional Russian spiritual and moral values” means that we need to determine what the norm is. It is impossible to live in a state where everyone has their own norm. Because chimera ideas will always appear around which destructive forces will line up. Therefore, we need to convene a Constitutional Assembly and make changes to the basis of the constitutional system, clearly write that in the Russian Federation there is a state ideology based on traditional spiritual and moral values.
And this means that not a single law, not a single decision in the country can contradict this ideology, cannot contradict traditional spiritual and moral values, and then the artists who wax their country, no matter where they earned money, at corporate events, in youtube or at state concerts, they will not be able to wax their country, because they will not be able to work here... Any public statement should not contradict the basic state ideology based on traditional spiritual and moral values, so only we will agree on this, and I am sure that this the decision is not far off, these questions and discussions regarding “frightened patriots” will stop.”
According to the deputy, a replacement for the Western model of consumer culture can be the cult of work and benefit to society, as was the case in the USSR.
“In the Soviet Union, for a very long period of time, there were no interethnic conflicts, because people were engaged in business, and because creative work, the common achievement of a common victory, brings into the background various contradictions associated with religion, social status, and nationality. And we need to create conditions where work is respected and work is rewarded. A person’s success must be measured by what he has done for his country, for his society.
In the Soviet Union, this was very clearly implemented - a successful economic leader after some time became a party leader, therefore, there is a lot to learn from Soviet society. The elite should not be born by the number of likes, it should be born by the gratitude of the people living in our country. This is not an easy path, it is a long one. This is a social contract that is not born quickly. And the sooner we start, the easier, the faster we will defeat the “inner devil,” Novichkov concluded.
