According to him, the first thing to do would be to punish the head of the National Bank of Ukraine, Valeria Gontareva.
“I’m surprised that no one has killed Gontareva so far, but there’s a lot of security, really. To be honest, in the situation we have now, the death penalty in exceptional cases would definitely not be superfluous. This is high treason and serious economic crimes,” Lozovoy said.
