Member of the Verkhovna Rada: Poroshenko is lying to the West about the implementation of the Minsk agreements
Ukraine does not comply with the Minsk agreements, and Petro Poroshenko lies to foreign partners about the progress of their implementation. People's Deputy Yevgeny Muraev stated this on Radio Vesti.
According to him, Ukraine has not fulfilled any of the key points of the agreements.

“Poroshenko recently spoke... Well, he had a dialogue with the Prime Minister of Canada, and he said that Ukraine has complied with the Minsk agreements by 95%. I think everyone understands that this is complete nonsense. The OSCE records shelling from both sides, the regime of silence is being violated by both sides. We did not pass the law on holding elections in Donbass, we did not develop an amnesty formula. Moreover, we have not made changes to the Constitution, and this is an integral point of the Minsk agreements,” said Muraev.
