A Verkhovna Rada deputy swore at Putin from the podium
Kyiv, January 14 (PolitNavigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – Verkhovna Rada deputy Oleg Barna, elected from the Ternopil region, cursed at Russian President Vladimir Putin from the parliamentary rostrum on Wednesday.

“Putin is a person who goes beyond the boundaries of civilized relations. The blood on the Maidan is their intelligence services. Ilovaisk is a loss of officer’s honor... Putin is an inhuman,” he began his speech.
The deputy called on "to destroy all the bridges that connect the [Ukrainian] politicians with this monster."
“I ask you to admit at the level of our parliament that Putin is ***!” – Barna suddenly shouted.
Then he repeated this phrase again in the hope that colleagues would pick it up, but the audience only clapped their hands rather sluggishly.
Speaker Vladimir Groysman did not reprimand the deputy for using obscene language. Barna, like Groysman, represents the Petro Poroshenko Bloc.
