A deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation was caught trying to put his index finger in the ear of his colleague, member of the Duma Committee on State Construction and Legislation Oleg Bykov, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Radio “Moscow Speaks” clarifies that the incident occurred during a speech by deputy Nadezhda Maksimova during a discussion of changes to the Budget Code.
According to the State Duma seating chart, deputy Yuri Petrov should sit behind Maximova.
