Deputy Alexander Pabat reported this on his Facebook page.

“They promise to provide city council deputies with gadgets to reduce paperwork. The agendas of the presidiums, and then the sessions themselves, will be sent out or uploaded to everyone’s tablet for ease of work and saving money,” said the deputy.

“Today, a package of documents - a 500-page folder (draft decisions, explanatory notes, accompanying documents) costs 60-70 UAH. for a unit. In addition to 120 copies for deputies, each time an additional 10–20 packages are prepared for deputy heads of the city administration, the Cabinet of Ministers, and the Verkhovna Rada. The timing of the innovation, financial and technical issues are at the approval stage,” Pabat said.
