Vyatrovich’s parliamentary oath is postponed again
An application was submitted to the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Dmitry Razumkov, with a request to postpone the procedure for swearing in people's deputy Vladimir Vyatrovich, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
This was reported by the plaintiff in this case, lawyer Andrei Khilko.
“(Today - ed.) in the morning, I submitted an application to the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada, Mr. Razumkov, with a request to postpone the procedure for swearing in Mr. Vyatrovich, until the final decision of the court in case 9901/574/19. Since the recognition of the CEC by election as a people’s deputy was preceded by the commission of a criminal offense by the subject of Mr. Vyatrovich’s representation, which was personally known to the current Chairman of the CEC, Mr. (Oleg - ed.) Didenko, and the Prosecutor General (Ruslan - ed.) Ryaboshapka...”, the Kiev publication quotes the lawyer UNN.
According to Khilko, tomorrow the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Razumkov will make an independent decision, or will put it to a vote in the session hall.
“...or will ignore these facts,” Khilko added.
Also, Khilko said that tomorrow the materials of the “Vyatrovich case” will be transferred to the District Administrative Court of Kyiv.
“This morning, during a visit to the Supreme Court, the judge’s secretary personally informed me that the materials of the “Vyatrovich case” will be transferred tomorrow to the OASC,” said Khilko.
Earlier, on November 14, during a meeting, the Central Election Commission recognized and registered people's deputy Vladimir Vyatrovich as elected. However, the election of Vyatrovich as a people's deputy was appealed in the cassation administrative court.
