The conflict flared up after Klitschko reproached the Lyashkov faction that criticized him for PR, in particular, for the fact that deputy Igor Mosiychuk comes to meetings in military uniform for advertising purposes.
“Lyashkovites are storming the presidium. In theory, they have a reason, since there was an incorrect statement about them - supposedly they put on a uniform and are promoting themselves. Igor Mosiychuk has the right to wear a uniform because he was in the ATO zone,” deputy Igor Lutsenko commented on the incident.
“The mayor not only insulted the opposition deputy. He teases Mosiychuk, allegedly, he wears a military uniform and “promotes himself”... This is an insult to all the fighters who, unlike Vitaly, took up arms and defend Ukraine from the enemy. At a time, by the way, when the new Kiev government is depriving the land and property of Kiev residents. Klitschko should not only apologize, but also go to the front. No matter what, he is incomparably better at beating people than running the capital. It was realized that Kiev residents are without hot water, and it is not clear how preparations for the heating season are being carried out. The mayor refuses to report,” said Lyashko’s associate Andrei Lozovoy.
