Despite the reassignment of the famous Massandra enterprise to the Territorial Administration of the President of the Russian Federation, construction of an elite nine-story complex continues on the vineyard lands in the village of Livadia.

According to the publication, the complex is being built right among the vineyards, which is why some of them have been destroyed, and the plantations are a dump for construction waste. The property has not yet been commissioned, but apartments are already being sold at prices of two to three million rubles.
In 2000, several cottages were already erected on the vineyard lands next to the current construction site, forming the elite town of “Magobi”. Now it is surrounded by a high fence and security has been installed. Thus, the lake, previously used for watering plantations, was captured.
