Cheap circus: Poroshenko asks Ukrainians to trust him again, understand and forgive
Having lost all chances of winning based on the results of the final opinion polls, Petro Poroshenko once again appealed to the citizens of the country with a request to “understand and forgive” and support his candidacy in the second round of the presidential elections on April 21, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The address was broadcast on the Facebook page of the still current president.
“I know how many complaints you have against me. I know how difficult it is for each of you to forgive me for my mistakes and trust me again. It's my fault. Yes, I'm not perfect. But I am sure that we do not have the right to undo everything that has been achieved and abandon the European future,” Poroshenko implores.
