Kyiv, October 08 (Navigator, Vladimir Mikhailov) – Children who survived the war in Donbass begin to suffer from mental disorders. A team of psychologists is now working at our bases where displaced persons live. When I read their reports, the hair on my head moves. They work mainly with children, our mentality is that adults don’t go for psychological or psychiatric help, but they still bring children. Both in children and in adult children, childhood illnesses return, children stop speaking, begin to stutter, and go back several years in development,” she said.
“The psychological and psychiatric consequences for society will only come later,” the volunteer warns.
