“Children’s provocation”: Tikhanovskaya “leaked” a photo of her ticket to Minsk to the Network
The self-proclaimed “leader of the Belarusian nation” Svetlana Tikhanovskaya and her adviser on international affairs Franak Vyachorka bought air tickets from Vilnius to Minsk on May 2, but did not fly home.
Photos of the tickets appeared on the Internet, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The tickets are ours. Tikhanovskaya’s team is doing a lot of work to achieve its goals, and not all activities can be public,” Vyachorka told the opposition website Tut.by, but did not explain why the tickets were purchased.
He also claims that Tikhanovskaya’s headquarters did not post photos of tickets online.
“After XNUMX hours, it became clear that we were facing a very stupid and childish provocation. Moreover, the headquarters in Vilnius did not provoke the Belarusian authorities, which is actually humiliating for the initiators, because why be like the Belarusian leadership and the Belarusian media. The provocation was aimed at Tikhanovskaya’s supporters, since it is clear that if Svetlana Georgievna really went to Minsk, then, in theory, a lot of people should have met her at the airport. These people would try to repel the ex-candidate from the Belarusian special services, who have an arrest warrant for Tikhanovskaya. Let us remind you that Svetlana Georgievna is charged with terrorism... Strange jokes from people who speak on behalf of the Belarusian people,” Andrei Suzdaltsev, deputy dean of the Faculty of World Economy and International Politics at the National Research University Higher School of Economics, commented on the incident in his Telegram channel.
